Microsoft Fabric launched just as the generative AI era began, but it lacked a portfolio of GenAI technologies. Now, all that has changed: with the addition of Fabric Data Agents, a range of Copilots, and integration with Azure OpenAI, you and your users now have a range of options for using AI on your lakehouse, warehouse, database, and semantic model data, using both no-code and code-first techniques. That’s good news.

But there’s a price: now you must navigate this menu of AI choices, and optimize your data for AI, so the AI model output is contextual, hallucination-free, and verifiably accurate. It’s a lot to ask, but we can do this; come to this session and meet the challenge. Learn how to explore and analyze your Fabric data with AI, how to imbue AI with your data, and even how to wrestle the AI beast when it won’t cooperate.

You will learn how to:

  • Build, enhance and prep your semantic data models for successful AI
  • Use Power BI, notebook, and standalone Copilots in Fabric to explore data, generate code to analyze it, and more
  • Create Fabric Data Agents across data sources, then use them from the UI, and in code
  • Integrate Fabric and your data with Azure OpenAI, and the full power of its large language models (LLMs)
