Azure Container Apps is Azure's new container PaaS that simplifies many of the aspects of building cloud-native microservices with .NET. This session will introduce you to building microservices using .NET with Azure Container Apps as a hosting destination, where you'll benefit from features like multiple revisions, built-in support for liveness and readiness probes, multi-container deployment and customizable ingress rules. When you couple these amazing features with the portability available to you in .NET, like gRPC support, distributed processing with Orleans, and Worker Service templates complete with support for health checks, you've got a match made in the cloud. We'll wrap it up with a quick look into how Dapr can enable your .NET apps with service discovery, basic pub/sub, and a host of other features you'll want handy when building microservices, and how the Azure Container Apps team has provided you a fantastic stack of tools to build your .NET cloud-native apps on Azure today.
