Ever felt like an order taker being given discrete tasks that contributed to a larger picture that you could not see? Experienced a product launch where the end users or stakeholders were less than delighted with a product because it did not meet their expectations? Are you working in a role where you are responsible for helping the team deliver on the visions and dreams of others, and unsure what you're supposed to be doing to stay focused and deliver? In this workshop, we'll work through the basic skills and practices that your team needs to build a common vision, collaborate effectively against that vision, set and meet more reasonable expectations, and delight your end users and stakeholders with the product of their dreams. Skills and practices we will deep dive on, and get hands-on experience with include: building a product vision, user story mapping, creating and maintaining a product roadmap, user story sizing and backlog prioritization, and more!

Attendee Requirements:

Attendees should have at least a working knowledge of agile concepts and the scrum framework; experience working on an agile team is ideal.
