React Native is one of the most popular technologies for building cross-platform applications, thanks to its rich ecosystem which allows web developers to reuse their existing skills to create native pixel-perfect experiences with JavaScript. React Native is very popular for building mobile applications for Android and iOS, but you might not know that it’s also a great solution to bring new experiences on Windows! In this session we’re going to see an overview of React Native to understand the basic concepts. Then we’ll see how React Native can be used to create rich experiences on Windows, either by building new applications or by plugging in components inside existing .NET and UWP applications. In the end, we’re going to see how we can automate the integration and the deployment of our React Native applications with Visual Studio App Center and Azure DevOps.
