Who is Live! 360 for?
Live! 360 is for Enterprise Developers, IT Implementors, IT Decision Makers, IT Security Teams, and Data Professionals who will benefit from the most up-to-date and comprehensive training and knowledge-sharing available.

When is Live! 360 Tech Con Orlando?
Live! 360 Tech Con Orlando takes place November 16-21, 2025.

Where is Live! 360 Orlando?
Live! 360 Tech Con Orlando will be held at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando, Florida. For more information about the conference location, please visit the Live! 360 Tech Con Orlando Travel Page.

What's covered in the conference fee?
Your Live! 360 Tech Con registration (6-Day, 5-Day, 4-Day, 3-Day, Workshop Pass, or Hands-On Lab Pass) grants you access to all sessions, meals, exhibits, events and activities on the days your package covers at the six co-located Live! 360 events:

  • Visual Studio Live!
  • Data Platform Live!
  • TechMentor
  • Artificial Intelligence Live!
  • Cloud & Containers Live!
  • Cybersecurity & Ransomware Live!

Who can attend?
The conference is open to the public.

What meals are included with registration?
For all paid Live! 360 Tech Con attendees, morning coffee and pastries and lunch are provided on all days you attend sessions or workshops at the conference.

Will I be able to request special meals (i.e. kosher, vegetarian, gluten free)?
Yes, you will be prompted for special meal requirements during the registration process.

How can I request assistance with special needs (i.e. hearing impaired)?
You will be prompted to tell us about your special needs during registration. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Where can I find information about Sponsorship Opportunities?

Can I bring a guest or companion to conference sessions and meals?
Only paid attendees are allowed in conference sessions and meals. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Travel/Transportation

Orlando International Airport (MCO) - is less than 17 miles from the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando.

Airport Transportation
The Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando does not provide airport transportation, but there are several options:

Universal Superstar Shuttle

Universal’s Superstar Shuttle provides convenient and affordable transportation between the Orlando International Airport and both Lowes Royal Pacific Resort and Lowes Sapphire Falls Resort. Round-trip adult fare is $39 (tax included). This is a shuttle service that may have other stops at Universal properties along the way. Note, you must be staying on Universal property to use this service and you MUST have your hotel confirmation number when booking.

One way fares from Orlando International Airport (MCO) average $45-$50

Parking
Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort Self or valet parking for Live! 360 attendees:

  • Self-parking is $15.00* per day
  • Valet parking is $23.00* per day

* Rates shown are discounted for Live! 360 attendees and subject to change without prior notice.

Letter of Invitation / Visa Letter
If you require a letter of invitation to attend the conference, please click here to request a letter. A PDF letter will be emailed to you. We do not mail original copies.

 

Networking

Will there be opportunities for small group discussions?
We have scheduled an evening event and other networking opportunities allowing you to learn and share in smaller group settings. We also encourage attendees to network during meals and breaks.

Registration

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
If you would like to use a Purchase Order you may do so when registering online. If you have any questions about using a purchase order, please contact our Conference Registrar at 949.296.9840. All payment must be received on or before Friday, October 24 or the registration will be canceled.

Where may I obtain your federal tax ID information for my accounting department?
Please contact our Conference Registrar Sara Ross at [email protected] and they will fax or mail a completed W9 form to you. Live! 360 Federal Tax I.D. Number is 20-4583700.

Where can I access my registration receipt?
You will receive a link to a receipt with your confirmation email. The registration receipt link in your confirmation email is dynamic and will update automatically to reflect any payments or anything added to your conference registration.

How may I make changes to my registration?
You may request changes to your registration by writing to [email protected], or by calling 949.296.9840.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
All requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to [email protected] in the registration office. Requests must be received by the cancellation deadline of October 24, 2025 to qualify for a refund. A cancellation-processing fee of $250 will be charged for each cancellation request. No refunds will be given after October 24, 2025.

If I cancel my conference registration will my hotel room cancelled as well?
No, these are handled separately. Please contact your hotel directly to cancel your room reservation.

If you added the Live! 360 Hotel Package to your registration and need to cancel your conference registration, Live! 360 will also cancel your hotel reservation at the hotel. If you cancel after the cancellation deadline of October 24, 2025, certain hotel cancellation fees may apply.

May I send someone in my place if I cannot attend?
Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the start of the conference, November 16, 2025. Requests must be made in writing and may be emailed to [email protected], or bring the request with you onsite.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes, if you include your email address you will receive an email acknowledgement of your registration being received in the conference database.

Do you offer any education discounts?
We offer full-time college students and faculty from accredited universities a discount off of the full priced conference registration fees. To receive this discount, please contact our Conference Registrar at [email protected] or 949.296.9840. Subject to Live! 360 verification.

Do you offer government or nonprofit discounts?
Employees of a national/federal, state, provincial, or local government entity, including public higher education institutions employees with a valid government photo ID or .mil / .gov email address, or employees of a nonprofit organization with 501(c) status are eligible for a discount off of the full priced conference registration fees. To receive this discount, please contact our Conference Registrar at [email protected] or 949.296.9840. Subject to Live! 360 verification.
