General Event Questions
What is a hybrid event and how can I attend?
The Live! 360 2021 hybrid event experience offers technology professionals a choice in how they wish to participate. We will host both an in-person experience in Orlando, FL. and a virtual experience online.
When you purchase a 5-Day, 4-Day, 3-Day, or Single Day Pass to Live! 360, you can select whether to attend in-person or virtually online.
If you choose the In-Person Pass you will have access to BOTH the in-person workshops, keynotes, sessions, and panel discussions that come with the package you purchase, AND access to all the online recordings that coincide with your Pass until August 1, 2022.
If you choose the Virtual Online Pass, you will have access to all the online and recorded workshops, keynotes, sessions, and panel discussions that come with the package you purchase. You will also have access to that same recorded content until August 1, 2022.
Conference packages and pricing can be found here.
Will the content be the same at the in-person event and the virtual event?
While there will be unique elements to each, the core workshop, keynote, and session content will be the same for both in-person and virtual online attendees. With either pass type, all paid attendees will have access to the online recordings that coincide with the purchased Pass until August 1, 2022 (available for the first time to Live! 360 attendees).
Will Live! 360 training be conducted in-person or virtually?
All training workshops, keynotes, and sessions will be conducted in real-time from the conference floor in Orlando, FL and streamed to the virtual online attendees through our virtual platform (unless last-minute changes need to be made to accommodate a speaker remotely).

In-Person Event Questions
What health measures/protocols are Live! 360 taking to ensure a safe environment on-site?
Live! 360 is working closely with local health authorities and the Royal Pacific Resort to provide a safe and healthy experience for all in-person conference participants.
Enhanced measures are being implemented in accordance with state and local regulations and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). PLEASE NOTE that the CDC advises "Vaccines are widely accessible in the United States. Everyone aged 12 years and older should get a COVID-19 vaccination as soon as possible."
Expectations for all seminar participants:
- Individuals who are immunocompromised or at high risk are encouraged to attend virtually.
- All event participants are expected to observe and engage in recognized preventative actions to ensure a safe environment, including frequent hand washing.
- Individuals should not attend the event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days or if they are concerned that they have been exposed to the virus within the last 14 days and could test positive.
- Should a conference participant test positive for COVID-19, register a temperature, or become ill during the event, he/she/they should observe recognized quarantining procedures.
At the Live! 360 Orlando Conference:
- All attendees, staff, and hotel personnel will be required to wear a mask inside the building regardless of their vaccination status.
- Masks will be available to attendees at no charge, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own.
- If you are unable to wear a mask due to a medical exemption, we will allow non-restrictive alternatives such as a face shield. You should supply your own face shield as Live! 360 only has masks available.
- All participants will self-screen for symptoms of Covid or other illness and not attend if experiencing any symptoms.
- All in-person participants will be given a COVID-19 test on the first day they attend the event (administered onsite and provided by Live! 360) and must test negative to attend the conference in-person.
- We are carefully reviewing CDC meeting guidelines and managing crowd densities and capacities accordingly.
- The seminar rooms will be cleaned nightly.
- Hand sanitizer will be distributed to each attendee at registration and will also be readily available throughout the Royal Pacific Resort.
Will I be required to provide my vaccine status or take a COVID-19 test?
Live! 360 is asking in-person attendees to voluntarily share their vaccination status and proof of full vaccination (via CrowdPass) with conference organizers to assist with providing a safe and healthy experience for all in-person conference participants. If you choose to provide proof of your full vaccination status, you will be exempt from daily temperature checks and daily attestation after the initial COVID-19 test administered by the Conference on your first day.
All in-person participants will be given a COVID-19 test on the first day they attend the event (administered onsite and provided by Live! 360) and must test negative to attend the conference in-person.
Will I be required to wear a mask? Will medical exemptions be allowed?
Yes, All attendees, staff, and personnel will be required to wear a mask inside the building regardless of their vaccination status.
- Masks will be available to attendees at no charge, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own.
- If you are unable to wear a mask due to a medical exemption, we will allow non-restrictive alternatives such as a face shield. You should supply your own face shield as Live! 360 only has masks available.
Mask policy is subject to change based on prevailing CDC, regional, and/or venue requirements at the time of the event.
How will Live! 360 maintain social distancing?
The Live! 360 Conference has been planned to allow for physical distancing wherever possible. This includes a more open space layout in session rooms and event spaces.
Attendees should continue to wear masks, stay 6 feet apart, and wash their hands.
Virtual Event Questions
I know I can't get to Orlando this year for Live! 360. Is the Virtual Event worth my time and money?
2021 has been a challenging year for conferences and travel, and we are planning on making the virtual Live! 360 experience as valuable as possible. Hands-on Labs and Workshops will provide virtual attendees the opportunity to ask questions in real-time, while many session speakers will be available after their talks on the virtual platform for online Q&A. Virtual attendees will also have access to exhibit hours with sponsors, interactive tools for networking, and prizes through our Live! 360 Virtual Raffle. You will also have until August 1, 2022 to watch (or re-watch) all of the online recordings that coincide with your Pass.
Converge360 Events has successfully run over 30 virtual seminars and conferences in the last two years with great results and positive feedback from attendees.
What platform does Live! 360 use to deliver the virtual event, and where can I learn more?
Live! 360 Orlando will be delivered to virtual attendees on the Pathable platform.
If I'm attending virtually, when will I receive access to the Virtual Live! 360 Platform?

Once you have access to the Virtual Live! 360 Platform, you will be able to personalize your agenda, update your contact information, and interact with other conference attendees.
