Visual Studio Live! and Live! 360 offer four in-depth co-located technical conferences in one. When you purchase any Visual Studio Live! 360 5-Day or 3-Day package, you can customize your conference experience by attending sessions at any of the four co-located events (Visual Studio Live!, SQL Server Live!, Cloud & Virtualization Live!, and SharePoint Live!) – all for one low price.

Visual Studio Live! 360 5-Day Package

The Visual Studio Live! 360 5-Day Package is your five day all-access pass to every keynote, session, workshop and event December 10-14, 2012 for all four co-located conferences.

Visual Studio Live! 360 5-DAY Conference & Hotel Package

The Visual Studio Live! 360 5-Day Conference & Hotel Package is your five day all-access pass to every keynote, session, workshop and event December 10-14, 2012 for all four co-located conferences; PLUS five nights at the Lowes Royal Pacific Resort.

Visual Studio Live! 360 3-Day Package

The Visual Studio Live! 360 3-Day Package is your three day all-access pass to every keynote, session and event December 11-13, 2012 for all four co-located conferences.

Visual Studio Live! 360 3-Day Conference & Hotel Package

The Visual Studio Live! 360 3-Day Conference & Hotel Package is your 3-day all-access pass to every keynote, session and event December 11-13, 2012 for all four co-located conferences; PLUS four nights at the Lowes Royal Pacific Resort.

Workshop Pass

The Visual Studio Live! Workshop Pass grants you access to one full-day workshop at Visual Studio Live! Orlando on either Monday, December 10 OR Friday, December 14, 2012.

Conference Proceedings

All Visual Studio Live! 360 attendees will receive the Live! 360 Conference Proceedings CD. The Live! 360 Proceedings CD includes session slides from each of the four co-located events. However, printed proceedings books are also available for $50 per conference.*

Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. You'll receive a message as soon as payment has been received and your registration has been processed.

Speakers & Sessions

The speakers listed on this Website are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications.

We are constantly working on improving the quality of our conference products. If the opportunity arises we may add conference sessions and workshops to the posted line-up to enhance the schedule and provide you a better product.

Attendee Networking Forum

Network with your peers before the conference begins. Check the "Attendee Networking Forum" box when you register and we'll send you an e-mail with attendee contact information one week prior to the event. It's a great way to start networking before you arrive in Orlando.

Key Deadlines & Registration Policies

Early Bird Deadlines

The Super Early Bird deadline for Visual Studio Live! 360 is October 10, 2012; the Early Bird deadline is November 7, 2012.

Transfers, Cancellation and Refunds

You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference registrar in writing by the Early Bird deadline, November 7, 2012. You will receive a refund for the package you chose, less a $250 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made after the Early Bird deadline as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.

In the event that Visual Studio Live! is canceled by 1105 Media, Inc., registration fees only will be refunded. No compensation will be made if one or more of the Live! 360 co-located conferences other than Visual Studio Live! is canceled. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with a hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.

Hotel Cancellation

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for canceling your own room reservations directly with the hotel at least 72 hours in advance of check-in, or you will be subject to penalties and fees by the hotel.

If you purchased the Complete Conference & Hotel Package, we will cancel your registration for you upon your written request. If your cancellation is received after the Early Bird deadline, full hotel charges may apply.

Special Requirements

If you foresee any special requirements while attending Visual Studio Live 360! (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact the conference registrar at 541.346.3537 at least one month in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Photo Release

From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at Live! 360: Visual Studio Live!, SQL Server Live!, Cloud & Virtualization Live!, and SharePoint Live!, 1105 Media, Inc. reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.

Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter or attend any of the conference. No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the sessions at Live! 360 Events: Visual Studio Live!, SQL Server Live!, Cloud & Virtualization Live!, and SharePoint Live!, without prior approval from 1105 Media, Inc.
