Windows Phone 8 shares a common kernel with Windows 8, and has a broadly overlapping version of the Windows Runtime called WinPRT. In this session you'll learn how to implement a smart-client mobile application on WinPRT that leverages the same business, data, and other services as the Windows 8 app, providing the user with a comparable set of features, but optimized for the Windows Phone form factor.
