KEYNOTE: How Microsoft uses Visual Studio Team System
Stephanie Saad, Group Program Manager of Visual Studio Team System

Have you ever wondered how Microsoft uses the tools they build? Have you ever wanted to get a peek inside? In this session Stephanie Saad, Group Program Manager of Visual Studio Team System, will show you how Microsoft is pushing the envelope on what’s possible with team development tools today. You will get an in-depth look at how Microsoft uses Visual Studio Team System internally to run their own IT shop and critical internal development projects such as Visual Studio, Office and Windows. You’ll learn about advances in Team Foundation Server project planning and source control that have gone immediately to production for the Visual Studio and Office teams and about the plan to roll these out in the Visual Studio Team System codename “Rosario” release. Diana Kumar, Team Foundation Server Project Manager for internal deployments, will share the stage to demonstrate highlights of internal usage including project tracking, reporting, and source management for massively scaled up and distributed teams. This is a session you definitely don’t want to miss!
